REFUND & RETURNS

We hope that you don't need to, but if you do need to return part or all of your order, please contact us via e-mail: sales@bart-ingredients.co.uk within 48 hours of the delivery. All goods must be checked and counted upon receipt. Any shortages or damages must be brought to our attention by email sales@bart-ingredients.co.uk. Please provide a photograph of the damaged item(s), so that no additional carriage is incurred returning the items. These will either be replaced or refunded depending on your request.
If you no longer require your order or part thereof we will provide a full refund (excluding delivery/ return charges) within 7 working days following delivery, providing the product is returned in its original box, in ‘as new’ and unmarked condition complete with all packaging. Please use the returns sticker accompanying your invoice.
No returns will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to. No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage by the customer, of any goods supplied by The Bart Ingredients Co. Ltd. Please read and adhere to the storage instructions that are supplied on all our products. None of the foregoing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

    FREE DELIVERY for orders over £15 shipped to the UK mainland. Orders under £15 will be charged £3.00 P&P. Overseas orders will display the P&P cost at the checkout. International orders maybe charged local taxes which The Bart Ingredients Co. Ltd are not responsible for. In the UK, please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Overseas orders please allow 14 days.
